Our service manager Steve has reached out directly to this customer to offer our apologies for the manufacturer defect in workmanship the customer has been dealing with. Ultimately we were able to repair his vehicle and offered to replace the water logged carpet and floor mats if necessary. It's always our intention to do our best to rectify any situation that finds us with an unhappy customer regardless of whether it's the fault of the dealer or the manufacturer.

Star Nissan is proud to offer superior service. We apologize that you feel your experience was less than satisfactory. We understand your frustration but we can assure you, this circumstance is not a reflection of our dealership or the people that work here. One of Star Nissan's technicians pressure tested the radiator and found leaking from the seams. Once the radiator was replaced, our tech road tested your vehicle and found that it was still running with a very rough idle. Coolant was found leaking into the engine in addition to head gasket damage. Our tech then recommended to you that the engine be replaced due to possible cylinder head and block damage. It was also recommended that the vehicle should not be driven. Unfortunately, you elected to postpone the necessary repairs. Again, we apologize you feel as though Star Nissan did not meet your expectations. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
