Great Service/ Polite Staff Came in for the first time on a Saturday morning because the Great Neck Nissan dealership up and left town without any word to me. I had a notice on my car to maintain tires and since I didn't know if it was a bigger problem then just putting air, decided to come to this service center. I also was due for an oil change. Ronnie was really very helpful to me and sympathetic to my plight. He told me that he should have me out in about an hour and he had me out before the hour. Very low key waiting room area. More

horrible service department . go elsewhere !! called 9 am and was told I had to call a different number than the one listed online. I called the new number I was given and a recording said the num called 9 am and was told I had to call a different number than the one listed online. I called the new number I was given and a recording said the number was disconnected. i proceeded to text someone who told me I would get a callback very soon. Three hours later....no call. I tried texting again and was again told I would get a call "soon'. however I was given a different number to call. After waiting another 3 hours I called the number which rang about 12 times. I was prompted to leave my name and number and they will call back. still waiting.... what a waste of a day !!!! maybe the sales dept. is good but God forbid you need service. totally disgusted with their service. BEWARE !! More

Bad Service consulting and repeat problem in 2 weeks Shrenik Dekhiwala is the worse service consulting I ever dealt with. Unprofessional, try to blame me for a loosen clamp in a brand new 2016 car becaus Shrenik Dekhiwala is the worse service consulting I ever dealt with. Unprofessional, try to blame me for a loosen clamp in a brand new 2016 car because of my driving. Problem started 2 weeks ago, he lied and said the problem was fixed and they tested it. Second time after weeks, issue was repeated again, for the second time he was again trying to blame my driving.Water came into my car while I was driving in the rain, clamp was way too loosen, he blames my driving, trying to give me lectures in physics. If you don't have to go to star nissan, save your self, but if you do, don't deal with these guy, he's the worse. More
