No very pleasant experience Stood in line for 15 min after giving car to shop. No one was there to help and if they were they were not attending to customers that were standing t Stood in line for 15 min after giving car to shop. I went to a gas station and they said that I had no threads on 2 tiers. Even though I just came from Nissan and have a bill stating that my tier thread was good. Great Customer service I can not say enough good things about my experience today at the Star Nissan Service Center. I got a flat tire yesterday and when I called the servi I can not say enough good things about my experience today at the Star Nissan Service Center. I got a flat tire yesterday and when I called the service center at 7:00am this morning, the gentleman on the phone who was very nice told me to come on in. When I got to the service center, I was taken care of right away. I dealt with Robert Davila who was courteous and very professional. He told me that the repair would take less than an hour and it did. Everyone there was very professional and smiled and made me feel valued. Thank you! More
