Nickel and dime THEIR customers. Lied to me that I needed rear break pads and then wanted to charge $150.00 just to replace them. “I said give me back my car”. I went else where. So they failed my cars inspection and I had to pay $37 and return when the break gets replaced and pay an additional $10.00. Horrible service nickel and dime their customers. Would never lease another Nissan again. More
Worst service ever . Waiting room full of roaches and dirty wasted my time because they couldn't even fix my seatbelt. Then they told me they had to order the part went . Obviously I didn't go back and went to another Nissan service center. Yes they were apologetic but that wasn't going to reimburse my for the Uber I had to take back and forth because they said I had to leave it there for service. More

Granted it was early, but neither the person who initially inspected the car nor any of the advisors seem friendly at all... a simple “good morning” would have sufficed. I am well aware that all cars are due for certain “maintenance” at certain mileage, but it is at the discretion of the owner, please don’t keep on trying to upsell or offer me any services after i initially declined. All in all, i walked out the place at around 7:25, almost an hour after i arrived, i was neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the work that was performed. Only reason i went was because of a offer i received in the mail for a discount on my oil change. More
