Efficient and Attentive but Dated. Unfortunately we have to go in often because of an issue with our car, but the guys and gals there are really nice and attentive. Terrible management. My wife have a Nissan Rouge and she took it in for service, the service was done including an oil change but the oil filter was never tighten so all o My wife have a Nissan Rouge and she took it in for service, the service was done including an oil change but the oil filter was never tighten so all of the oil drained out, so I tighten the filter and put oil back in the motor and took it back to Star Nissan,we was told that the manager was going contact us,we call several times but but he never return our calls.this goes to show how much they care.
