Horrible and don't listen Came on for an evaluation of my car after it had been in an accident because the original auto body I brought it to didn't complete some of the repair Came on for an evaluation of my car after it had been in an accident because the original auto body I brought it to didn't complete some of the repairs. I explained exactly what I needed several times to several different people and nothing was check out other than pointing out what I already told them was wrong! I even gave my insurance estimate to have compared to the repairs and was told it can be done.. I walked out with nothing documented other than what I mentioned was wrong and I was still charged $141 for nothing! And then I was told AFTER what I needed was a body shop and you don't handle body work! Waste of my time and money.. I will never come back to this service center! No one knows what there doing and after explaining something more than once you still wanted my time and money! More

Good service, good service manager. Service manager was cordial and accommodating. Problem was leak in sun roof and they kept vehicle indoors overnight two nights to try to dry out inter Service manager was cordial and accommodating. Everyone has an off day however keep in mind time is money! Hopefully this was just an off day the last. The last two times I was here I had excellent service. The time frame I was told was exact. However this time I was told 2 to 3 hours on an ABS actuator recall. The car was not done for over 6 hours. The few times that I did call while I was waiting, I was getting the runaround. Time is money! I'm sure you guys know that better than anyone. More
