If you want to waste your time and have your day-off so adventurous stay in this place. I came here last June 4th, 7am ended up 4pm (imagine just to diagnose a car it will take that much time.) but they we adventurous stay in this place. I came here last June 4th, 7am ended up 4pm (imagine just to diagnose a car it will take that much time.) but they weren’t able to fix my car just diagnosed the issue and they will still order the parts. So today June 11th came back to have it fix, came here 6:45am but as of now 1pm, no one touches my car not until 12pm. I approached the front desk guy, they said it’s first-come-first-served. If that’s the case, then why all the people who came later than me 7am and beyond their car was fix???? The guy who is the representative mentioned upfront that it will be done on or before 1pm however to no avail, car is not yet done. I am a man of my words, if you’re not HONEST to me then your integrity is questionable. I get it, I AM STILL ON WARRANTY SO YOU CANNOT UPSELL ANYTHING OR SQUEEZE SOME MONEY ON ME. This NISSAN DEALER SERVICE CENTER is unjust and unfair. They waste my time and money since I’m supposed to work this afternoon but they wasted it. NOT COMING HERE ANYMORE, I have to go better place which is JUST and FAIR. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT. Not even worth of a 1 star. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AFTER TELLING HE IS UNFAIR AND UNJUST SINCE HE MENTIONED THAT “we are a first-come-first-basis.” I TOLD HIM: I AM HERE FIRST AT 7AM BUT THEN THE LATER CUSTOMERS WERE FIXED IMMEDIATELY. THEN, YOU ARE NOT FAIR TO ME. DIDN’T OFFERED PROACTIVELY TO LEND ME A LOANER VEHICLE WHILE THEY ARE STILL FIXING MY CAR. I AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE A WORK ON THE AFTERNOON BUT I JUST WASTED TIME AND MONEY FOR THIS UNWORTHY COMPANY. More
