Professional and not pushy I've been to other dealerships where their whole scheme is to get you in so they can shove services down your throat. Star is not like that at all. coustomer service The guy name is Ronnie Morales is very rude and unprofessional attitude. I went there for my regular oil change and they scratch back of my car while backing up. they are agree to do the complimentary repaint and loaner car. the guy Ronnie told me that he will speak to his manager and he will call me and let me know regard to this matter but he never did. when I called them back, the operator pick up the phone and stated he is busy but will call me back soon. I called like 5 times and he never answer or call me back. finally the phone operator told me to bring the car next morning and talk to him while I am there because he is really busy to talk(lied). they told me to come at 7:30 am when I was there on time but the guy didn't show up till 9am. I ask few of the guy there if they could help me but all said to me that he's the one whos going deal with me since he know all the stuff about this. finally he came and I went up to him and call his name, his first respond was WHAT without even looking at me. then I asked him what is the update on my car repainting for the damage that you guys did. he responded to me, it's now up to manager and the body shop guy how will they process your case(with bad attitude). I was like where are them and can you call or talk with them. he didn't do any of those but the body shop guy Kevin was very helpful and he walk with me with all the paperwork and stuff. I wasted my good 5 hours to figure out how to process with the situation. I am very disappointed that guy like Ronnie Morales work for big company like star Nissan as a service consultant. More
