Star Nissan - Service Center

Minor concerns I had to bring my car in 2x to get my air conditioner fixed. The 2nd time the staff was very accommodating and truly wanted to rectify the problem an I had to bring my car in 2x to get my air conditioner fixed. The 2nd time the staff was very accommodating and truly wanted to rectify the problem and the situation. Which they did and I am very happy with the results. However, they didn't take the problem seriously the 1st time and really didn't put any effort into resolving the problem and performing basic maintenance on the car. When I brought my car in the 2nd time, they realized that all my filters were clogged. This is basic maintenance, which I asked for and a reasonable thing to expect to be checked when you tell someone your AC isn't working correctly. Wilson was very.accomodating and this is not necessarily his fault. This is the fault of the mechanic working on my car. He should have checked all my filters and all my fluids the 1st time, not the 2nd time. Also, renting a loaner from Enterprise was a nightmare. I would never use them again. They drove me all over Queens for 45 min looking for a car. More

Another 5 Star Experience Nissan Star’s Service Center has done a 180 sin the past year. This is my second time I am there and they surpassed all expectations.
