Wrong diagnostic waste of time & lost $141 The car was left overnight to have a diagnostic of the problem. Next following day, we got the report that: the car has a transmission problem, and The car was left overnight to have a diagnostic of the problem. Next following day, we got the report that: the car has a transmission problem, and the cost will be pretty close to $5000 dollar including labor and extras. We took the car to a different place and oh surprise. using a commuter it was found that needs a change of the transmission/filter and oil. All this took about 2 hours work and we went home with the car completely working well. it will be nice if the company at least reimburse the money that we paid. thanks, Luis and Gloria Botero. More

Didn’t resolve my issue Very upset, I went in to get my car serviced. My initial reason for going in was because every time I went into my car I would smell a foul odor. I wa Very upset, I went in to get my car serviced. My initial reason for going in was because every time I went into my car I would smell a foul odor. I wanted them to inspect the car thoroughly as I could only check certain area of the inside of the car. My car is always maintained clean so I just couldn’t understand where the odor was coming from. Long story short the car still has the odor. The oil was changed and new filters were installed which I had to pay 101.00 for as per their recommendation. I paid thinking this was why the odor was coming through. But it’s still smells inside tte car. The amount of time to service the car was from 10:30 am to 2:30pm, Needless to say they didn’t resolve my issue and I took the car to a car wash and the smell is still there. So it’s something internally. More
Minor Repair, big difference. Brought my car for service, as the glove compartment tension is broken. While the recommended service is to replace the whole glove compartment, Rober Brought my car for service, as the glove compartment tension is broken. While the recommended service is to replace the whole glove compartment, Robert Davilla was able to just fixed the tension part and avoid a huge bill. I was very happy with his decision and it gave me trust and not apprehension on this type of repairs. More
