Screw in front driver side Tire. Losing air. Robert was kind enough to take me on late in the afternoon as I found a screw in my tire and my car indicated that the tire pressure was low. Bad service Every Nissan service center I go to at least have a complimentary car wash or give a coupon to get it washed! I came here because it was closer to my house but it wasn’t worth it at all. Service writer other hand she was nice but other ones just didn’t care that I was standing there waiting to be helped! at least say “Hi someone will be helping you soon as we get free.” makes a huge difference in customer service. Excellent service I had a very good experience with star Nissan. I had called them because my transmission light went on, I brought in my 2016 Nissan Altima, and Chris I had a very good experience with star Nissan. I had called them because my transmission light went on, I brought in my 2016 Nissan Altima, and Chris the sales representative, helped me get my car fixed quickly. They fixed the issue it had and they gave my car back in 2 days. I’m very satisfied with the excellent service they provided. I recommend anyone to bring their Nissan here. More
