Service on 9/31/19 - Rattling when accelerating I don't usually right a review, but this time I must. 8/31/19 - Went to service dept. and I told to Robert DiValia (sp?) (who is an excellent Speci I don't usually right a review, but this time I must. 8/31/19 - Went to service dept. and I told to Robert DiValia (sp?) (who is an excellent Specialist) that there's a noise when turning on the engine and when I accelerate. When it was checked out Robert was told nothing was wrong, my car is in good condition, etc, etc., and they heard nothing, but when car was brought to me and as they made a U-turn the noise was just as loud, and as I pulled away it was obvious that the problem was not taken care of. I DON'T UNDERSTAND!!! I was advised by another mechanic (elsewhere) what the problem probably is so I will be returning to tell them what they should look out for. Not a good thing when a customer has to tell a trained mechanic what they should check for!!! Better service at when I owned a BMW. Very, very unhappy with Nissan Star's service department at the moment. More

Somebody should have reviewed with me checking points. I had my car inspected just before road trip to Cape Code. What if time belt broke on highway while I was in vrhicle with 2 children, lots of lug age and 4 bikes on the rear bike rack??? More

Repair of Nissan Star Nissan repaired my 2006 Titan that had Been sitting unused for 3 years. This amazing truck has only 23000 miles on it. Because of the non-use so Star Nissan repaired my 2006 Titan that had Been sitting unused for 3 years. This amazing truck has only 23000 miles on it. Because of the non-use so much had to be fixed. Star Nissan repaired the everything and also did bodywork where a large tree limb fell on it. the truck is brand new now and I am so happy with the fair price, courteous service and professionalism of the mechanics that did the repairs.
