Our Nissan came out almost worse than it came in. They replaced the starter but did not check to see that the gears attached to it were 'ok'. so there is a grinding sound with each and every startup. After the terrible handling of the CVT failure we experienced, which should have had a recall,(DISGRACEFULL!!!) We will LOUDLY tell everyone we know to avoid buying a Nissan in person and via social media. The amount of money we spent on this terrible lemon of a car the past 10 years is ridiculous. Good riddance. Nissan sucks DOT COM! More

Had my car checked out two months ago due to ac not working and was told car only needed coolant but price of coolant was expensive so decided not to have any Freon placed in. I went on vacation and ca working and was told car only needed coolant but price of coolant was expensive so decided not to have any Freon placed in. I went on vacation and came back; decided to have coolant placed. I was charged for the coolant but was told there is a sudden leak and due to the leak, needed to pay $1300 to repair. I decided to just have coolant placed. When I get in my car, the ac was still not cool even though it was recharged. Worker lied to me and stated coolant was placed but the leak was too big and that’s why it’s not cool. I go to another repair shop just to have coolant placed and lo and behold my ac works. I paid $200 for nothing. More
