I went to Nissan because you said there was a recall. I also asked them to look at the Forward Looking Radar because I was getting error warnings on the dash. They said the recalibrated it. On the way home also asked them to look at the Forward Looking Radar because I was getting error warnings on the dash. They said the recalibrated it. On the way home, I got three error messages on the dash saying that the radar was ‘disabled.’ I continue to get the error message. It takes me over an hour to.drive to the dealer. More

When I originally purchased this vehicle from Great Neck Nissan, all services were from this dealership. However since their closure, Star Nissan now does all my servicing and I am quite pleased. Service Nissan, all services were from this dealership. However since their closure, Star Nissan now does all my servicing and I am quite pleased. Service is quick, and the up front pricing is greatly appreciated. I just would like their service department closer to the showroom, and the waiting area more customer friendly, brighter, like Great Neck was, and better snacks. More
