Advisor that helped me wouldn't call the dealership to verify I had a free oil change. Advisor stated that his computer cannot communicate with the dealership. Advisor would not call the dealership to ver verify I had a free oil change. Advisor stated that his computer cannot communicate with the dealership. Advisor would not call the dealership to verify my file. I ended up walking from the Nissan service center to the main dealership to ask them to review my file. Not sure how you guys deal with customers but very sad as we owned several Nissan without any issues until now. More
