I would usually give star nissan a better rating but i was not pleased with my last service. First i asked for a multi point inspection and usually get a report but none was given to me at pick up. Second was not pleased with my last service. First i asked for a multi point inspection and usually get a report but none was given to me at pick up. Second I was never told about the surcharge when using a credit card for payment. I spoke with the rep 3 times that day and not once was it brought to my attention. I clearly would have paid with cash since i was not waiting for my vehicle to be fixed. Lastly the noise I asked them to look into is still being heard. I guess i have to go in again for service.☹️ More
Very disappointed. I took my brand new Nissan Sentra there which I am leasing since December last year. My concern was that the brakes are not working properly since th I took my brand new Nissan Sentra there which I am leasing since December last year. My concern was that the brakes are not working properly since the car was not driven for three weeks. They actually told me that I should change the brakes and rotors because of the rust that the car has accumulated while it was sitting on the street after the snowstorm we had the end of January. I have not used the car for three weeks and this happened. Now that is not covered under warranty and it will cost me about $1000. So if that so, isn’t this a factory defect from the start? Why would a service representative tell me that he needs to charge me to fix the brake problem with a brand new vehicle that has 2000 miles? It just blows my mind. Instead suggesting me to call Nissan directly, he said well if I want a quick solution instead just waiting until the rust will fall off the brakes, will cost me $1000 and they can do it right away. This is not the way a Service department should treat new customers. I lost my trust right away. I just picked up my car and told them forget about the quick fix of rust that would cost me a sheet $1000 on a brand new leased car :))) I rather drive the car with brakes not working properly and reach out to Nissan directly.
