We looked at several brands at several dealers and met the usual sharpie sales people, I understand they are pressured to sell but some of them go way overboard with the sales pitch. We looked at a new Rogue at Star Nissan and dealt with Joon Choi as our sales person. During the test drive he answered every question with knowledge,( I do extensive research when car shopping and usually know more about the car then the sales person, not with Joon he had the answer to every question and knew his product ) . When we sat down to deal he gave us a great price up front and no hidden this and that after we agreed on the price. Joon got the paperwork done, had the car washed and gassed and explained every little thing there was to know about her new Rogue. He was in no hurry and my daughter learned everything there was to know about how her new car worked. I have purchased a dozen new cars and usually have a headache by the time I finally drive out with the car,not with Joon. He was honest and honorable during the entire event and seemed to be sincere in helping my daughter in purchasing her first new car. Nicole did the finance part and was polite, had the paperwork ready and explained to my daughter what she was signing and payment schedule etc. I am one of those people who will stand up and walk out if I feel I'm being forced into a deal or lied to, I never got that vibe from Joon. They have a ships bell mounted at the front door and as we were leaving Joon told my daughter to pull the rope and give it a loud ring, the entire staff clapped to congradulate my daughter when they heard the bell What a great touch ! More
