I told him which cars I was interested in seeing and he immediately knew the ones. His knowledge was thorough, his demeanor was calm and patient, and there was absolutely no pressure at all. When negotiating the price, he respected our budget and, together with the sales manager Alex, they worked their magic and essentially met our offer. We visited several dealerships before this one, so we had gotten used to having to hold a strong defensive position against the relentless sales pitches and pushes. Absolutely none of that here, to the point where I was expecting the shoe to drop any minute. It never did, they were sincere, earnest, and had integrity. Eli walked us through the paperwork, and once again we were met with a calm and patient assistance. I can't express how good this experience was, by far the best I've ever had. This dealership goes above and beyond, exceeding my expectations in a profound way. Definitely a credit to the industry. More
