Incredible Experience - 5 Stars for Olga! I almost had a panic attack when I started a new job and needed to purchase a vehicle within 4 days. Due to previous experiences, the last place I wan I almost had a panic attack when I started a new job and needed to purchase a vehicle within 4 days. Due to previous experiences, the last place I wanted to visit was a dealership. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for online sitting at Star Nissan though and knew I had to bite the bullet and go check it out. I first had my fiance head in to take a look and she reported back on how nice the car was, but also on how nice Olga treated her. The following day I went in and the car and Olga were exactly as described, amazing. Working with her was a breeze and within 2 painless, non-pushy hours I was walking out the door with my vehicle. I absolutely will recommend Star Nissan, and Olga specifically to anyone in the market. More

When I arrived at the dealership I was told that they w Called and received an appointment For a Recall notice that my airbags needed to be replaced. When I arrived at the dealership I was told that they were out of airbags and expected more next week. I exclaimed that I had an appointment. The service guy asked who I talked to, who did I call. I said I called star Nissan, his response was, oh you talked to reservations. They have no idea about what we have in stock. WHAT! Keep in mind I drove 15 miles along with a second driver to take me home All in rush hour traffic to get to the dealer. They say they will call me Fat chance I ever go back More
