STAY AWAY I NEVER write reviews, but this deserves a couple of lines. Leased 2 cars from this dealership over the course of 4 years. Came in for the 3rd one f I NEVER write reviews, but this deserves a couple of lines. Leased 2 cars from this dealership over the course of 4 years. Came in for the 3rd one for my father. In a matter of 1 hr finalized the deal and put a downpayment on the lease (a salespersons DREAM). Scheduled a delivery date--was turned away and sent home on the day of delivery ( when i was 2 blocks away and was called to come in 30 min before!) because the salesperson wanted to make an extra couple of bucks and said that "there is a better deal in 4 days-- please come then". Needless to say, its 45 days later and the deal never materialized. Kept calling to ask for a refund on my downpayment-- was asked to come in person. Came in twice in person-- the dealership made excuses and turned me away-- "call next day". So, after back and forth for over a month, the manager tells me that I wont be getting a refund and he will be keeping the money. Now, $392 is not a lot of money, however it is still considered stealing. The dealership and management would rather lose a customer that got 2 cars and was in process of leasing a 3rd, and risk fines from DMV for illegal business practices than refunding what rightfully is owed back to the customer. More
