The purchase process was pleasant and stress free . However the real horror was only discovered driving home that the brakes very virtually non existent . Plus a week later we had a high speed blowout due to severely worn tires. I advised the dealership asap and they have not done anything to resolve the issue. the folks literally put on a new inspection sticker . knowing full well it would never pass Please be advised that I have no choice but to move forward in filing a fraud complaint against Star Nissan for unlawfully passing a NYS inspection on the vehicle w hen the car indeed had all four tires , front brakes and tie rods worn below limits. all parts have been retained as evidence.. we did experience a high speed tire blowout 2 weeks ago and needed to be towed to the nearest repair shop. Star Nissan put our lives in jeopardy and others by allowing the car to pass inspection with these obvious defects. I have contacted my attorney as well as the DCA, DMV, BBB, Nissan of North America and finally the NYS Attorney General's office via email to advise them of what happened. Since this was paid via Credit Card, I've asked Chase Fraud team to place a charge back for the entire purchase price. Sorry it had to be this way.Dishonesty at its finest at Star Nissan More

After buying a used car in April, I had to get my car serviced 4 times and order new parts within a month of buying the vehicle. Then, when I try to bring matters up to the salesman and manager (Gus), I get the run around and my phone calls avoided for days. The worst possible customer service provided by the staff. So I warn all to avoid Star Nissan, buying a car from them means weeks of headaches and fixing all the problems yourself. Sadly you have to not only do research on the vehicle you want, but on the dealership. Not to my surprise, after this has occurred, I find to discover that Star NISSAN has an F with the Better Business Bureau and several complaints. More

I called the new number I was given and a recording said the number was disconnected. i proceeded to text someone who told me I would get a callback very soon. Three hours later....no call. I tried texting again and was again told I would get a call "soon'. however I was given a different number to call. After waiting another 3 hours I called the number which rang about 12 times. I was prompted to leave my name and number and they will call back. still waiting.... what a waste of a day !!!! maybe the sales dept. is good but God forbid you need service. totally disgusted with their service. BEWARE !! More

Unprofessional, try to blame me for a loosen clamp in a brand new 2016 car because of my driving. Problem started 2 weeks ago, he lied and said the problem was fixed and they tested it. Second time after weeks, issue was repeated again, for the second time he was again trying to blame my driving.Water came into my car while I was driving in the rain, clamp was way too loosen, he blames my driving, trying to give me lectures in physics. If you don't have to go to star nissan, save your self, but if you do, don't deal with these guy, he's the worse. More

Friendly, helpful, and quick Yesterday my husband and I walked into this dealership provided our budget and the car we wanted to lease and within 1 hour we were signing papers on Yesterday my husband and I walked into this dealership provided our budget and the car we wanted to lease and within 1 hour we were signing papers on our lease. The staff did their best to give us an excellent deal and we even ended up with a nicer trim of the car than we first anticipated being able to afford. The sales rep we worked with, Fernando, was not pushy at all and was able to work with our numbers. I am extremely happy with our deal and that we now have a brand new SUV as we prepare to welcome baby #3 into our home. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone trying to stay within a budget and anyone looking to move quickly and easily into a lease deal. More

I called Star Nissan Service an hour before closing time and they told me to come right in. The receptionist (can't remember her name unfortunately) was so polite and patient, even giving me turn by turn directions over the phone. When I got there, Shrenik helped me from start to finish. He was so helpful, going above and beyond to get my tire fixed and to deal with a third party company I have that handles my tire issues. He managed all of my concerns and I left feeling so relieved and so impressed by how efficient they were, especially at such a late hour of the day. More

Fake warranty the worst place to buy a car. I bought a car from here in less than a month ago, and the seller told me that I have warranty with any electrical issue the worst place to buy a car. I bought a car from here in less than a month ago, and the seller told me that I have warranty with any electrical issue engine and some other stuff, one week after I started to have problems with the car I took it to the repair center because I had problem with the steering wheel, the pilot seat doesn't move and a check in light, so when they gave me the car back after 2 days they told me that they can't fix the seat because it is not covered by the warranty and they did fix the check in light but then they send me with the airbag light on, so I was pissed off because it is not fair that I just bought the car in this place thinking about the warranty that the seller told me and then they said it is not covered so they told me to take the car again there and they will se if they can fix the seat, 4 days more I was without the car just to receive the call again and they told me they can't fix with the warranty my seat problem and if I want to fix it I have to pay $900. So this is the worst customer service basically it is less than a month that I have the car, the took the car a week and they didn't cover the warranty they offered in the beginning.. Worst place to buy a car I am very disappointed with the service!! More
