Terrible management. My wife have a Nissan Rouge and she took it in for service, the service was done including an oil change but the oil filter was never tighten so all o My wife have a Nissan Rouge and she took it in for service, the service was done including an oil change but the oil filter was never tighten so all of the oil drained out, so I tighten the filter and put oil back in the motor and took it back to Star Nissan,we was told that the manager was going contact us,we call several times but but he never return our calls.this goes to show how much they care. I live 5-10 minutes from another Nissan dealer and serivce but I won’t go anywhere but Star NISSAN. My home address was incorrectly listed I was told twice by ira that it was corrected and my paperwork eould be forthcoming. It never did. Additionally service stinks. No loaner car program. Sat 7 hours waiting for a repair that i had diagnosed 2 times prior. Finally fixed. Break noise was never corrected. Cost me 260. For brakes and rotors at a outside service station. Needless to say dont ask me for recommendations!!!!!!! More
