Nickel and dime THEIR customers. Lied to me that I needed rear break pads and then wanted to charge $150.00 just to replace them. “I said give me back my car”. I went else where. So they failed my cars inspection and I had to pay $37 and return when the break gets replaced and pay an additional $10.00. Horrible service nickel and dime their customers. Would never lease another Nissan again. More
Worst service ever . Waiting room full of roaches and dirty wasted my time because they couldn't even fix my seatbelt. Then they told me they had to order the part went . Then they told me they had to order the part went the following week and they couldn't fix it because they ordered the wrong part so now they told me to come back. Obviously I didn't go back and went to another Nissan service center. Yes they were apologetic but that wasn't going to reimburse my for the Uber I had to take back and forth because they said I had to leave it there for service. More
