Terrible customer service I have been a loyal customer with this dealership for over 10 years. However after my most recent experience last week I, nor my extended family will I have been a loyal customer with this dealership for over 10 years. However after my most recent experience last week I, nor my extended family will be returning. I came in to purchse a battery and paid in cash. Upon checking to make sure i revieved the correct amount of change back, i realized i had been short changed by $20. Realizing that the woman working the cash register made a mistake i asked her to review the transaction she had just made. Instead she rudely ignored my request and wrote me off as if I was trying to swindle her out of $20. She continued to nastily accuse me of being in the wrong until i asked to speak to her supervisor. Her supervisor told me that I would have to wait till the end of the day and could not be assisted at the moment, although i had been waiting to have the mistake reviewed for quite some time. Later that day i recieved a phone call notifying me that i would receive a $20 credit towards my next service but would not recieve the money i was owed. I assure him it is not just about the money. I have been a loyal customer sonce 2003 and yet the way they treated me, as though i am a theif was despicable. They can keep the money. I will not spend another penny at this establishment, and will be asking my friends and family members to follow suit. More
