We apologize that you feel your experience has been anything less. As with all used vehicles sold in the state of New York, the BMW X5 you purchased from us is covered under the NYS lemon law. This protection is offered to consumers to make sure all vehicles sold are mechanically sound and safe to drive. Looking into your Check Engine light being on is part of this consumer protection. Unfortunately, items such as your driver’s seat are not covered under this protection. This is why we offered you the option to purchase an extended warranty at the time of purchase. This additional coverage gives consumers the added protection which covers items that aren’t just to make sure the vehicle is mechanically sound but ensures that even luxury items are in working condition. If you would like to speak with one of our finance advisors about adding an extended warranty or discuss the options available to you we would be happy to set that up. Again, we want you to be happy with the vehicle you purchased and understand that while you received an excellent deal on the vehicle, our relationship doesn’t end at the sale.
