Service was nice and fast, but online quote for 45K mike service was $172 but in the shop I was told it would be $495. This was disappointing as I specifically selected the services options provided via the online appointment schedule system. I was also provided the option (online) to use the shuttle, but that option was not available upon arriving to the service center. I understand that due to COVID-19 operational changes occur, but there should be updates information available to customers before arriving. More
