Not happy- will not be back. I came in for oil change and tire rotation. The person who attended me gave me the paperwork and it showed over $110. I asked why so much also informed him that I had an e-mail w/ coupons. He said I can showed them at the end for adjusting the price and synthetic oil was what my car uses. Car was done and Bill was still over $110. I told the guy about the discount and he said I needed to show them at the beginning... not what he told me initially. I showed the discount and he informed me the car did not need a tire rotation and yet my bill was still over $110. After discount and no tire rotation my oil change was over $68 - I have never paid tooo much for an oil change and that was w/ discount. Will not recommend a place where they overcharge and charge you for services they did not provide. More

Robert helped me when I went for my Maxima's car inspection and oil change in July. Technician found that the brake actuator had to be replaced and brake fluid changed - all covered under warranty. inspection and oil change in July. This service center is very bad. There is no waiting room now due to vivid. So everybody has to stand outside in the best. Most staff is not friendly. They don't tell you how long the service takes. And in m now due to vivid. So everybody has to stand outside in the best. Most staff is not friendly. They don't tell you how long the service takes. And in most cases you need to come back again. They offer no courtesy cars for warranty issues. And they don't even give you ride anymore. And when they realise the car is under warrenty, they put you last for service. I won't return. More

From my call with him to schedule an appointment, till I arrive for some paperwork, car maintenance and have my car mirror assessed was a pleasant one. 1st time at Star Nissan on 40-20 172nd. They put on plastic on the driver seat, steering wheel & floor to protect it once you give them the car, I am guessing due to covid19. Everyone had masks on and the office had a protective plastic barrier between the customer and their staff. Got my car back in 2.5hrs all fixed. Waiting room was closed. I was lucky that Nissan covered our mirror issue so I didn't have to pay this time. Part of Nissan manufacture warranty. I was worried I had to pay for labor, but they didn't charge for it. Phew..Good thing as we all had extra bills to pay with this ongoing pandemic. Kudos to all the staff who are working hard outside the office with a mask on. Not easy in this heat. Keep up the great work Chris & Juan! While I can't see you smile with a mask on, I can tell your eyes were smiling & laughing with me:) More
