I've had many different cars of all kinds. I have never had a dealership that I look forward to visiting. everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. Gus the manager is exceptional,his sales people ha had a dealership that I look forward to visiting. everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. Gus the manager is exceptional,his sales people have a diffinate confidence when with you and a constant way of extending themselves for you that is always a noticeable difference than other dealerships. So far this dealership has my loyalty and I'm also just as confident it will stay that way for years to come. More

Friendly and respectful staff. But it stops there. From check in to check out you need to see at least 3 different people with 3 different packs of paper. Too cumbersome. Most importantly, scheduled maintenance (oil change) should not take an hour and forty five minutes. There have been marginal improvements since swearing off this service center 6 years ago. I went because they called and said it was under new management. hope the feedback helps streamline and improve your systems. More

The person who took my information was pleasant and professional. However I found out after I got home and really looked at the receipt that the rotation of my tires was not done as per my request and professional. To his credit he told me to come back without charge. The first room you enter is shabby and old. Terrible first impression. Feel bad that the workers have to work in such a dreary space. The waiting room is old and uncomfortable. Given that you have to wait well over an hour it is pathetic. The TV is too loud. It was an unpleasant place to hang out. More
