I am completely dissatisfied with the greed and dishonesty. During these rough times dealing with the Corona virus, you would hope to be treated fair. I paid $237 labor included to have a oxygen se dishonesty. During these rough times dealing with the Corona virus, you would hope to be treated fair. I paid $237 labor included to have a oxygen sensor repaired on my Altima the day before I came to Nissan. My Maxima needed the same part, plus new brakes so I came to Star Nissan. I was quoted $500 and some odd dollars just for the oxygen sensor alone. I was told the price was high because it was a hard and long job to do. I explained to him I had the same job done yesterday by another mechanic and he put the car up on the lift and easily fixed it in front of me in 10 mins. They could have easily charged me for the part and added it to the over charged 1 hour 30 labor minutes they charged to fix my brakes. I wont be returning in the future, and I plan on writing reviews to notify other consumers. More
