I was very disappointed that a simple request for a 5 second job to push in a clip on my rear bumper that was loose was denied by the service advisor stating that they only perform mechanical work. I was second job to push in a clip on my rear bumper that was loose was denied by the service advisor stating that they only perform mechanical work. I was able to fix it myself but only asked the service department to do it since it would have been easier while the car was on lift already for an oil change. More
