My visit to Nissan was terrible. I dropped my car off to have a noise looked at, I was told it was a simple repair (change a belt). I paid the bill and came by later that afternoon to pick up the car only t have a noise looked at, I was told it was a simple repair (change a belt). I paid the bill and came by later that afternoon to pick up the car only to find that the car was not properly repaired and had to be left at the shop for an additional four days. During those four days no one contacted me to give me an update. When I picked up the car the muffler had been damaged. I am highly disappointed in the quality of the work rendered and I don’t see myself bringing my car in to this shop again. More

Went there because I knew salesman to a car for my wife. They said one thing when it came to financing, charged a high rate when we went to sign papers, 1.They switched the Nissan warranty to a no named o They said one thing when it came to financing, charged a high rate when we went to sign papers, 1.They switched the Nissan warranty to a no named one. 2.I have lease payments left over they said they would pay but didn't they kept is as profit. 3.My wife got stuck with $1,800.00 bill from Toyota they were suppose to roll in deal or buy car, they sent it back to Toyota without telling us they were. 4. Its been a year now and I still haven't gotten my title yet. I drove 8 hours to see Tony Signorelli and Ira and all I got was screwed. Beware they play the shell game and bait and switch.
