I had a good experience and efficient service on the Jaguar I bought with very low miles. The only negative is that I could see the tires had zero tread and the dealer told me I would get 20,000 or 2 ye Jaguar I bought with very low miles. I think maybe because I am a women He thought I didn’t know much about cars. I am an outlier. Love the car. They are mostly honest good people. I was shocked that the customer service representative was helping me and suddenly, without asking for my understanding, made me wait for someone else to help, and then didn't say I was sorry. I was given a price for a car repair then soon was the price was a different amount on the invoice Same as I purchased the car, person in charge who sol given a price for a car repair then soon was the price was a different amount on the invoice Same as I purchased the car, person in charge who sold me the new car, inputted a different amount of interest as discussed originally. Then by him telling me to just sign and having his thumb hiding the amount of interest indicating was very unusual. Rushing a customer to sign and not read the fine print is a big indication of what not to do in running a business. Probably would not recommend the service and buying a car from here again.
