I am very pleased with the Mercedes that I purchased - it arrived at my house in excellent condition – just as described– and the entire experience was very pleasant. Absolute disappointment I thought I found Q7 S line and a great sales man. It was a pure joke. After spending several hours on the phone with all the right questions I recei I thought I found Q7 S line and a great sales man. It was a pure joke. After spending several hours on the phone with all the right questions I received the answers I wanted to hear. I initially agreed to have the car shipped since I live about 250 miles away from this dealer and Alex sounded very trust worthy. Last minute I changed my mind, since the dealer was open on Saturday to drive up and pick up my Audi Q7. I never anticipated to see what I saw when I got there after 4:30 hours of driving. Complete disappointment. This car was nowhere near as described on the phone. All the pictures were taken from the right angels so you could barely tell if there was any damage. Until we saw it in person. After spending about 2 hours at the dealer inspecting the car and asking why in the world you told me lies on the phone ( I have texts of this as well) ? The worst words came out of Alex's mouth " you know too much about cars, and you should not look at things that closely, most people don't have a clue" This car needed a good body shop to repair and replace things that you would not even imagine. This dealership does not even deserve 1 star. Travel expenses and time well spent. I learned my lesson. More

Mike was so easy to work with and has a great personality We found everyone we talked to during our car buying experience was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to the max. Camry I bought a Toyota Camry from them this past weekend and they gave me a great rate and an easy straight forward purchasing process. Alex was my sales c I bought a Toyota Camry from them this past weekend and they gave me a great rate and an easy straight forward purchasing process. Alex was my sales consultant and was very nice. The finance manager was very down to earth as well and he had a good sense of humor. I had a small issue with the tail lights a couple days after. I called Alex and he had his technicians look at it and had it fixed the same day while i waited. Whole process took maybe 30 minutes and didn't cost me anything. Great customer service!!! I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future. More

Worst experience ever WORST car buying experience I have had. They actually ended up voiding out the contract because they sold me a car and the engine blew not even 6 hour WORST car buying experience I have had. They actually ended up voiding out the contract because they sold me a car and the engine blew not even 6 hours later (they tried to say they did that out of the niceness of their hearts, but we all know it's because they didn't want to get sued. The owner has enough legal issues he has to deal with, thanks to the good ol' public court records for enlightening me on that information). There is documented proof of engine damage prior to my purchase that they failed to disclose, promising a Porsche in perfect condition. The gave me my trade in back but kept my $3800 down payment. Which was super fabulous because I had to travel from Indiana every time I had to deal with them. They tried to claim the engine blew because of the way it was driven(which it was not driven hard, but even if it was Porsche doesn't build xxxx cars that just blow their engines because someone speeds LOL AT THEIR MECHANIC THAT IS HIGHLY UNEDUCATED) If you are considering purchasing a vehicle here, turn around and RUN!!! Crooks is the only word that comes to mind when I hear the words "Star Motor" . Good luck on your car buying experience and hopefully you can learn from my negative one. More
