After five years my high voltage battery was giving out error messages. Spoke to Terresa who told me to come on down for a fix. As alway the service was outstanding. Only shock was when I got the bill over error messages. Spoke to Terresa who told me to come on down for a fix. As alway the service was outstanding. Only shock was when I got the bill over over $700. First experience paying more that $200 for a battery. It must be made out of platium or gold or both with a few diamonds thrown in for good messure. I am expecting it to last another five years.The service department at Star Motors is one of the primary reasons that I continue to be a loyal Star customer. More

My service advisor, Mike, is very good; however, as far as the overall customer experience, it’s lacking. As mentioned, when I picked up my car, I was not greeted but instead was told basically, “You know as the overall customer experience, it’s lacking. The problem with my car has not been fixed and after three visits to the dealer all they say is there is not an issue with the brakes and the squealing is common for ceramic brakes.
