Once I decided to purchase, he expedited my trade in and everything else while my loan paperwork was being processed. I absolutely hate it when the finance dept tries to bully me into extra purchases and coverages and Chad May 100% did not do this. Very refreshing to be able to buy the car I want with a helpful and respectful team. More
