I have leased a Mercedes S class from Star every 3 years since 2013. David Colbert has been consistently helpful and prompt since the beginning, and he understands how to balance customer needs and prefere since 2013. In other words, I feel well served! Chad the finance director is a one-off for his position. He is smart, driven, clearly wants to do good work for Star Motors, but also clearly tries to meet customer needs. If I owned a car dealership, I would hire that guy as my finance director, and ask him to look around my dealership for other opportunities to streamline operations which make both my customers and owners happy. All in all, this experience is my fourth with Star and David Colbert, and my first with Chad, and it keeps getting better!! More
