Service, a huge disappointment, unprofessional, unfriendly, get defensive and are condescending. I have never had this type of experience at any dealer in 3 States. First they found nothing, until I showed them photos and then 3 attempts later, still no resolve. I was told oil leaks are common in cars, although, oddly, I've never had a car that had oil leaks. I have moved my Mercedes to a new dealer for service and will not buy another car from Star. I equate my experience to a leadership issue that starts at the top and a culture that is not service oriented. Quite unbelievable. More
