Tim Shae kept quiet to make the sale when he had at least two clear opportunities to tell me the car I came to see was NOT CERTIFIED. The used car Sales Manager STILL hasn’t followed through on four (4) item two clear opportunities to tell me the car I came to see was NOT CERTIFIED. The used car Sales Manager STILL hasn’t followed through on four (4) items as he promised me he’d do on Monday of this week (today is Saturday). I thought/hoped I’d get the “Star Service” as their name implies and as, I am sure, LINCOLN itself hopes for... but that service is a real myth from what I’ve seen since spending over $22K there. I posted on the first link I was sent ALL the disappointments I’m living with after replacing my previously totaled LINCOLN. I had told Tim that he was in competition for my business with one other dealer—ironically 3 hrs from my home in the opposite direction of Star. Honestly, I’m sorry his price was lower. My previous MkZ hybrid was a joy to own... all 210,000 miles I had put on it. This one is a radically different story. More
