Totally Awesome Experience! I had been looking for the perfect MKS with low miles and all the bells and whistles! My inquiry when I saw the car online was promptly replied to, followed by timely phone conversations. Tim was extremely helpful and flexible given I was traveling from MN. Tim arranged for us to be picked up at the airport by Ty who was extremely personable. The car was beyond what I had imagined. The pictures did not do it justice. I took my time looking at the car and after a few things had been identified, Tim without hesitation, made a few calls, concerned if I would be able to wait provided me with a car to grab some lunch. Tim was a pleasure to work with and the car is amazing. It was well worth flying to MI and have the customer service Tim provided and a great trip back to MN.
