It is now May and warm enough to run the Air conditioning, which does not blow cold air. Contacted dealership to make them aware of the situation so they could take care of their customer. I was shocked to find out that they refused to consider helping us and asked patronizing questions about why we hadn't run the AC sooner. The reality is, we bought a nice car from these guys and they refuse to do the right thing less than two months after our purchase. The sale is completed so they don't care. I'll take solace in knowing they've already lost business that's worth much more than it would have cost them to have integrity. More

Tim is a man who is one with the Lincoln Brand. I just purchased of the MKZ Hybrid last week along with Premium Care extended service plan. I live about two miles from Star Lincoln so when required maintenance and if I needed service I thought I would check them out. Since the purchase was done quickly I did not have time to ask about the details of the Lincoln Premium Care extended service plan. I thought I would stop into the used car lot at Star and see what I can learn for the Finance Manager. That’s where I met Tim Shea. Even though he was not involved with the sale he took the time to explain the benefit of my purchase and how Star Lincoln would be a wise choice to bring my new used car. I greatly appreciated Tim and the support he offered, even telling me the dealer had workshops to help new Lincoln owner learn how to get better usage for all the technologies on the hybrid and the infotainment center. Tim struck me as master of the three pillars of success: working to deliver an excellent product, at a great price and maintain customer satisfaction at the highest level, during the sale and of course after the sale..
