We received a number of the famous "set up an appointment to come in" which said they were not really interested in talking to us. Star Lincoln took a different approach. They called and asked what we were looking for and took an interest in working with us. Something other dealers didn't want to do. Star Lincoln worked with us over the phone and email. We exchanged a lot of information. They were able to quote a vehicle, and appraise our trade without making us drive to the dealership. When it came time for delivery, everything was all set. We showed up, traded cars, received an orientation session to learn about the features in the car we purchased. Overall, the entire experience was great. Tim Shea is fantastic. He put together a great deal for us and did EVERYTHING he said. 100% recommended! Will absolutely call Star Lincoln and Tim Shea again. More
