Buying a 30,000 USED car can be VERY stressful but Tim put me right at ease. He explained the warranty to me in excruciating detail (several times). He got minor issues with the vehicle immediately resolved by the very helpful porter named Ty. It was very obvious the whole time there that Tim was not trying to SELL me a car, but rather listening to my needs and helping to point me in the right direction. I have been to several Lincoln dealerships in the Metro Detroit Area and although this is not the biggest nor does it have the most new models in its show room, the staff and service (what really matters) is second to none.
