I took inventory of my lease on July 17,2023. My Corsair has been in the shop FOUR times! Ryan McInerney does not respond to my letters and Brendt Henry was no help at all. I will not be getting money from them, for missing work. This is not a good dealership at all. PLEASE go somewhere else. The vehicles are NOT "luxury" but nightmares. More

Brought my car in for a tire pressure sensor one week with no trouble found. They just aired up and sent on my way. Came back the next week for same sensor and there was a nail in the sidewall. Okay had with no trouble found. They just aired up and sent on my way. Came back the next week for same sensor and there was a nail in the sidewall. Okay had to buy a new tire. As employee get a discount. But when I got the bill the discount was not calculated correctly. When I bought to the attention of the cashier and the service rep they adjusted after much discussion. Will not be back as I don't think that they handled the situation the best. Two trips for the same issue not sure if they put pin in tire or it was there the first time as well as miscalculation of the bill. This is just one of many issues with Service that I have experienced. And my dealing with sales has been very sketchy as well. My recommendation would be travel a little further as the customer service here is not the best. More

Office was empty upon arrival. Sales guy, Tim, was not there at appt time. Alternate guy was on his way out to p/u. His kids from school, but took my name and number after telling me the hood latch was br there at appt time. Alternate guy was on his way out to p/u. His kids from school, but took my name and number after telling me the hood latch was broken on the car I came to test drive. Nobody called me back. I called him back 2 /3 days later (the time I was told it would take to fix the hood latch) he dryly and unapologetically says the car had already been sold. How I was (mis) handled spoke volumes and I’m disappointed; I was prepared to make a cash purchase, on the spot too. Star has been a family favorite since their Woodward Ave days.
