Quick and convenient Potamkin Hyundai where I purchased my 2017 Tucson closed down unexpectedly. I scheduled service with Nemet Hyundai for Christmas Eve through the app Potamkin Hyundai where I purchased my 2017 Tucson closed down unexpectedly. I scheduled service with Nemet Hyundai for Christmas Eve through the app but when I showed up at 7am, there was a sign saying closed till after Christmas. Star was open and I asked about getting service and a very easy going guy nicely invited me to pull up the car. The intake person was also nice and his 90 minute estimate was accurate for the 7500 mile service including 2 recalls. Merry Christmas and thanks Star. Keep that customer care up. More

Not so good Made an appointment for three recalls. Ended up finding out that they didn’t have a part in stock to fix one recall. Had to schedule a second visit. Then service rep called to say I should come in or else part will he returned to company because they cannot shelve the item any longer. So I had to take another day of work to come in just so they could fix it. They could have checked if the part was in stock in the first place so that I wouldn’t have to come twice. More
