Steering wheel coupler worn Took the car there at 10am with the steering wheel problem, by 2pm they were done. Staff was courteous and not pressing into getting other services. A good experience I needed my first oil change. I had a 9:00 and got early. They took my car at 8:15. The order was written up by 8:30 and I was on my way home by 9:05. I needed my first oil change. Rip-off artists.....was told car battery was under warranty and upon my entry into service center, I was told that it was not covered and that I had t Rip-off artists.....was told car battery was under warranty and upon my entry into service center, I was told that it was not covered and that I had to pay not only full price for the item and labor, but for a "special" battery which cost much more $$$$$.......and I was clearly exploited!!!!!! Its akin to saying that the remote control you have which requires 1 AA battery, really need a "special" AA battery.....nonsense!!!!!! More
