It is very evident to us that unlike other dealerships, once the deal is done, you are NOT forgotten. My recent experience with service was top notch as usual. I called Foster at service to schedule an oil change and mentioned a small concern that recently popped up with my G-80. That's all I needed to do. Foster took care of the rest. He picked up my car as promised, addressed my requests and issues and returned the car to me clean and shiny but only after he was 100% certain that there were no issues with my car!! It is rare to find this level of customer service at any dealership but at least for us, it is routine at Star Hyundai/Genesis. Kudos to the entire Star team but special thanks to Zack and Foster for continuing to make our Star experience an exceptional one. As an extra note, my daughter recently brought her Elantra into service for an oil change and NYS inspection and Foster made sure that my daughter was well taken car of and more so that the car was good to go for another year. My main concern is with the level of customer service given by the two older gentlemen in the service area (one at the desk in the waiting room, the other in a small office adjacent to the waiting room). There was a lot of confusion felt by me and other customers because no one was available to check in or provide information at first. Then when both men arrived, they seemed gruff and unhappy to be there. Ryan from Parts Department was VERY nice and helpful to me. More
