IMPROVED!!!! I have been here before but bad experiences in the past made me stop coming here for service but it's been a few years and I figured I'd give it anoth I have been here before but bad experiences in the past made me stop coming here for service but it's been a few years and I figured I'd give it another chance, glad I did, from the assessment when I came to explain what issues I was having, the young man who took my information came outside and looked at the car, gave it a walk around, explained to me what might be happening but assured me they could all be solved, sat me down and asked me more detail about what I was experiencing and set my appointment, the next week, I brought the car in, all the issues weren't solved on the day of but I did get the scheduled maintainence done and one of the issues solved, the other 3 were simply the parts were not there and would be coming in a couple days, the young lady who helped me on service day was very night and very informative, she was awesome, this crew is sooooooo much better than the crew that was there a couple years back, I hated this service center now, honestly, I don't see myself getting work done anywhere else. I can't remember their names, I'm sorry... a young and super helpful Asian man first visit and young and pleasant Hispanic lady second visit neither of whom are a day over 27. Broken promise Service area said they no longer do valet service they promised me when car was purchased. Another good visit even if one issue couldn't be duplicated. Went back for a wheel alignment, straighten out the steering wheel and to fix the rear passenger door that mysteriously got locked and couldn't open. They couldn't duplicate the door issue since as luck would have it, when I got to the service center, it worked. They did the wheel alignment quickly and I was on my way. When I go back home, I checked the rear door and it once again locked up. It was too late to go back to show them, but I'll go on another day to have them look at it. More

Awesome service continues 1st visit last week was awesome, and this 2nd visit was just as good. This time to replace a steering column and it was done in the time they said it 1st visit last week was awesome, and this 2nd visit was just as good. This time to replace a steering column and it was done in the time they said it would. Advisor Deleo was attentive and answer my questions as usual. After getting the vehicle, I noticed the car was leaning a bit to the left (probably did this there all along and never noticed till now) but I sent them an email just in case and the manager Ed called me back within minutes and explained everything that was done in the steering wheel fix, what causes wheel alignment issues and the procedure/times to fix it. Very happy with their customer service and attention to make the customer happy. More

They took care of me and my car quickly. Came in and had to order parts to repair car door handle, ordered parts quickly and had oil and filter done while at place. Very fast service.
