Great Experience I had an 11:00AM Appointment and was taken in at exactly that time. I was directed inside where a young lady took some info. I had an oil change and state inspection done..The mechanics did the multi- point check of my car and replaced my wiper blades.. All done in less than an hour. Ed Thornton the manager was terrific.. He is knowledgeable and caring. Someone you can talk to.. My experience at this dealership and maintenance department has been simply terrific. I highly recommend them.. More
No warranty service performed I brought my 2017 Hyundai Tucson for TPMS warranty service. I had already brought my Tucson on a previous occasion for the TPMS service but they did I brought my 2017 Hyundai Tucson for TPMS warranty service. I had already brought my Tucson on a previous occasion for the TPMS service but they did not have the parts at the time, but did perform service for the temperature sensor and told me to bring in the vehicle on another day. I brought it in this time for the TPMS service again but the service center neglected to inform me that they did not have the parts in stock. Only after about two hours after I brought in the vehicle did they say that they did not have the parts. So I wasted a day trying to get my car serviced. More

Quick and friendly service I had an amazing experience from Mr. Kim. My tire got flattened so the spare tire was on from local tire store. I went to Star car service center t I had an amazing experience from Mr. Kim. My tire got flattened so the spare tire was on from local tire store. I went to Star car service center to change to a new tire. Mr Kim approached to me and helped me to get a new tire. I don’t know much about a car but he explained me how to deal with a problem and the process of the service kindly. I felt so thankful. It was amazing experience. Thank you again. More

“Steer” clear of this service center Absolutely horrible! Complete waste of time spent countless hours and money waiting for them to fix my car that they never fixed properly. What should have been fixed in one day took three day long visits. They changed all four tires but didn’t rebalance tires the first time. They don’t even have tires in stock and wanted me to come back the following day. Brought the car back for that to be done. once that was completed it needed wheel alignment. Took it back for a third time I was told it would take an hour and a half but it needs to bd taken to another location because they don’t do wheel alignments and only one tech does it. After an hour and a half my car was still sitting at the service center with no time frame of when the tech would arrive. Took my car and left to go elsewhere. Service personnel are unprofessional I was sitting in waiting room with my arm under my chin resting on my knee reading an article on my phone and the service guy who checks in your vehicle in the morning comes in and hits my arm from under my chin without reason thinking he’d be funny but it wasn’t because I bit my tongue because it was unexpected. More
