My wife and I walked in with cash in hand, ready to drive home with the car. When we walked in, Al told us he had bad news, that the manager no longer worked for them, and all the numbers he did the previous day could not be found. A new manager John, started today and was going to take over. He asked if we were putting money down, I said yes, and he said he would be right back with my trade in number. He comes back and offers me $9000k, for my 2008 Chevy tahoe LTZ. This truck beat up with high miles is going through manheim (auction) for 16,500. Are you kidding me! If this guy Johnn is a manager, he either just started or is ripping me off. What do you think? Exactly, I told my wife get up we are leaving and left. I shopped up to 10 different Hyundai’s the end of 2013, and I have to say Star Hyundai had the best business practices. They quoted us a price and stuck to it. They said it was already their best price a and I have to say Star Hyundai had the best business practices. They quoted us a price and stuck to it. They said it was already their best price and that they really could not budge, which I respect. They were willing to also offer oil changes. I worked with Roy who seemed honest and cool to work with. Zack his boss/manager is our kind of guy too. They really didn’t play games with us. We were going to buy our Hyundai from them but I ended up getting the exact car I wanted for $1500 less. But honestly if you can afford to pay slightly more you should buy from Star Hyundai if you want a hassle-free and stress-free buying process, which I did have with their competition. Kudos to the Roy and Zack. Please keep up these practices, it will pay off. If I buy Hyundai again, I hope these guys will be there. More

On 1/11/14 called about a Mitsubishi at 3:30 pm. Since it was late on a Saturday. It was decided with Deana to meet sunday 1/12 at 11 am to look at. She advised car would be ready to look at. We had shopped around for a few weeks looking at Hyundai and others makes. The wife had decided on the Hyundai Elantra. I was on my way to them when I saw Star Hyundai, So we stopped in and they beat both prices by 200. The salesman Tommy was excellent and I appreciated the follow up calls after the purchase. I would recommend Star Hyundai but also recommend that you get pricing from other dealers prior. More
