The finance dept tried to "hurry" thru the paperwork but my questions slowed him to our pace. He accommodated every question. Still too many pieces of paper to sign and no time to read what is being signed. I am never satisfied with that process. This is a very IMPORTANT part of the purchase, actually it is the purchase. People are waiting outside the door and one feels "rushed" when one should feel calm and in charge. No reflection on Andrew as he was not part of this process, but did come in to observe how the process was proceeding. More

When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Tommy Tong who lived up to his reputation as an excellent, friendly and professional sales rep. He took us on a test drive of the vehicle we wanted before anything else and explained everything about the car and its features during the ride so that all of our questions were answered before we even sat down in the office. No haggling, no sneaky fees, no nonsense. This dealership is upfront and honest in giving you the best price for the car you want. The finance manager, Vadim, was also very friendly and took the time to address all of our concerns. Tommy has many years of experience in car sales and it shows in his knowledge of the business and his courtesy and towards his customers. Star Hyundai and Tommy Tong are your best bet if you're looking to buy a new Hyundai. More

Sean Han, the rep I worked with, provided great service from matching my needs to the perfect car model to handling the process super efficiently within such a short span of time. He gladly let me test drive two different models I was looking at and also gave me a detailed price comparison. He was very willing to help and figure out the best deal for me. It only took me two days (1st day of the visit to take a look at cars and prices, 2nd day to sign a contract and receive my car) to complete the process. I highly recommend this dealership and esp. The Manager there Mr.John w WORST EVER DEALER IN USED CARS I went to the Used CAR Showroom today to sell my New Accent which is only 7 months old. The Manager there Mr.John was the Worst kind of a person I have ever seen. When I quoted $13500 he treated me like a PAWN SHOP Owner telling me My CAR is not worth even $!0000. When I told him I had bought it for $20000 only 7 months ago, he informed me that they are giving some Rebate for New Cars and a New Car can be bough in $13500. When I told him that I did not get any rebate he was quick enough to correct himself that just now they are giving Rebates on NEW CARS. BEWARE OF HYUNDAI as they themselves are saying there is no RE-SALE VALUE FOR THESE CARS. So dear Friends if you need a NEW CAR for $13500 and do not bother about selling it in Future ( Just throw it as SCRAP) just visit the USED CAR Showroom and meet Mr.JOHN. When the Manager himself is talking silly I pity the subordinates !! God save people going the STAR HYUNDAI. More

best dealership experience Ask for PHIL.. I walked in the dealership with questions about a 2015 Santa Fe which was not released yet. Other dealerships blew me off and tried Ask for PHIL.. I walked in the dealership with questions about a 2015 Santa Fe which was not released yet. Other dealerships blew me off and tried to sell me a 2014 but Phil went on line and printed out the info that I wanted. He found us the exact car that we wanted (not that easy)- gave us a fair price for the new vehicle and my trade with no nonsense and we were off. The most impressive part was the delivery - he went over every detail of the car including setting up the on-line accounts and XM radio. i have no problems about recommending them.. More
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! These people play games! Before even walking into the dealership I spoke to the person over the phone Devica and explained my situation with details. These people play games! Devica convinced me after so much talking and explaining to come in that they would work with me. After I come I'm sent from the new department to the used department. In the used department I met Deeana and my sales man. Went to the lot and explained what I wanted. After all I was back in the new department for a Veloster. I kept asking my sales person to have the manager do the appraisal on my Honda Civic Hybrid 2007. He came back setting examples like "If I gave you lets say 2800 there would be a balance left over from you're previous loan" I said that wouldn't be a problem because that can be applied into the new loan. He said "Banks don't do that anymore...blah blah. As if I'm stupid and this is the first dealership I came to. After so much back and forth they said they couldn't work with my credit unless I put money down. Over the phone I clearly stated 0 Down, Trade in value and 350 monthly payment tops.Filled out online credit application to make sure I wouldn't come in to waste much time but it ended being that way regardless. Manager tried to fool me around on how they calculate everything like I was stupid to believe that. This was a waste of 2 hours that I would've used to produce money. Inconsiderate about my time and the sales man time. You can't just keep bringing people in to waste their time. The worst dealership so far ! NOT RECOMMENDED! IF I COULD DO 0 STARS I WOULD! More
