Bad experience with service dep I have a bad experience with service dep.I just got my car 2 months ago and since first day ia have problem with BSD system.Every time that I am drivi I have a bad experience with service dep.I just got my car 2 months ago and since first day ia have problem with BSD system.Every time that I am driving the car I have that : BSD canceled.I went to the service shop and ask to someone take a look of this.I spoke with Mike who is The Manager 'boss 'of the shop.What a joke.He simply refuse to take the car and told me that hi has to charge me for v if they don find fault of this system.Well I went there a second time and guess -the same.He refused to take a look of the car.I will escalate that to his bosses and will see what is going to be.What a luck for Star Hyunday to have people like MIKE to build reputation for the company.
