Great experience I was looking for a Santa Fe Sport Ultimate working with 3 dealers. I chose Star Hyundai because the salesperson was laid back, almost like he didn't I was looking for a Santa Fe Sport Ultimate working with 3 dealers. I chose Star Hyundai because the salesperson was laid back, almost like he didn't care, and dressed casually which made it easy working with him. I hate being sold on hype with an inflated quote by slick sales people & then wasting time negotiating. His initial quote was better than the other dealers' negotiated offer so I rewarded him by accepting his first offer. I got to the dealership at 4:30 & was hoping to pick up the vehicle same day. The dealership closed at 6pm (it was a Saturday), but the salesperson stayed with me until past 7 claiming he had nothing better to do, & we sat on the curb exchanging small talk until the vehicle was ready. To boot I'm happy with the vehicle. More
